•I reserve full rights to the artwork (except for character[s] in said art work)
As The Client:
• You will send full references of what pose/aesthetic/characters you want, please KNOW WHAT YOU WANT. I can add personal touches as I go but I need to get a general idea of what you the client want me to do.
•CHECK YOUR EMAILS REGULARLY (you will get notifications from Artistree as well as emails from myself personally)
•you may post/share your commission on any platform WITH CREDIT
•I will always put my watermark on the artwork of the commission to avoid art theft, you cannot take credit for the work and/or remove my watermark
•Commissioners are NOT ALLOWED to reproduce the piece for any kind of profit (nfts, tracing, selling merchandise, etc.)
•Commissioners are NOT ALLOWED to alter/edit the artwork or make details to it and claim it as their own work
If ANY of these rules are broken, the commissioner forfeits ALL rights to the drawing and will be blacklisted.
Payment
•Currently, my only form of payments will be through Ko-fi and Artistree (theses platforms utilize PayPal and Stripe for transactions)
•THERE IS AN EXTRA FEE WITH ARTISTREE!! This ensures that the artists are paid in full, and the website developers get paid and help cover the cost to plant a tree :)
•Below is a direct statement from Artistree, please check their FAQ on the official website to learn more!
"Artistree charges your clients a platform fee of 6.5%. If the price of the commission is less than $100, an extra $2.60 USD is added.
Much of this fee is used to cover payment processor fees, ensuring artists can get paid 100%!
For example, if you set the price of a commission at $100, your customer would pay $106.50 total (before taxes)".
THERE IS A PROCESSING FEE ALONG WITH THISArtistree does not keep anything beyond the platform fee, however, I use Stripe to accept payment. (I use Artistree for the UI and organization) So If I don't receive an exact amount of money when tipped, it is because of a processing fee from Stripe.
Ko-fi is preferred to be used as a tipping jar-But I will still take commissions on it!!this is because I feel I can utilize Aristree more
•Client MAY NOT bargain or ask for a different payment method
•After reviewing the commission order, PAYMENT WILL BE UPFRONT, I will start sketching after payment
•Pricing is based off of how much effort I put into a piece rather than how much of a character is in said piece
(examples are listed on my artistree♡)
•I will NOT be rushing my process in any shape or form for any client
•issuing a chargeback will result an immediate blacklisting for the client

•you will be notified as soon as possible if I am unable to finish you commission, I will then give you a full refund

•After I accept the commission the client has 3 DAYS to respond and send payment, if those three days pass and I receive nothing I will assume the Commissioner lost interest and I WILL NOT proceed.
